Cookie Policy

1. What is a cookie

A cookie is a small file a website places in your browser. It lets the site remember useful information (basket, language, session) or work properly.

2. Cookies used on VELORO

We only use strictly necessary technical cookies:

• Shopping basket (keeps the products you add)
• Language preference
• Session and security cookies from our host (Cloudflare)
• Cookies from the Mollie payment processor at checkout (payment page only)

These cookies are exempt from prior consent.

3. What we do NOT use

VELORO does not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Ads, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity by default. No advertising profile is built without your explicit consent.

4. Managing your cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may break the basket and checkout.

5. Contact and complaint

For any question: [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese authority — www.cnpd.pt) or the data protection authority in your country.
