Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Seller identification

The seller is Tiago Alexandre Ferreira Moreira (Trabalhador Independente), NIF 306288230, operating VELORO under the trading name Ultras-Sites, Avenida Doutor João Carlos Noronha 38, 1.º Esq, 5360-302 Vila Flor, Portugal. Enquiries and complaints: [email protected].

2. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sales made by VELORO to its customers through the online store available on the utlras-sites.com website.

3. Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are for illustration purposes only. VELORO reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.

CE marking applies only to product categories for which it is required. It is not a general certification of the shop and does not replace the statutory guarantee of conformity.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. VELORO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is validated.

5. Order and payment

Mollie processes payments. The payment methods available for your order are shown on its payment page and depend on your country and their availability. Check the amount and selected method before confirming.

The order is confirmed once payment is validated by Mollie. A confirmation email is sent to the email address provided when ordering.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped by our partner warehouse once payment is received. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the product and the destination country; this is an estimate. The order status and the tracking number are available on the “Track my order” page.

If your delivery is late or missing, contact us: we remain your point of contact for delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including the right to request delivery and, where the legal conditions are met, to end the contract and obtain a refund.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with applicable European consumer law, you have a 14-day period from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reasons.

VELORO applies the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, contact our customer service by email. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds are made no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal, using the payment method used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or you have supplied proof of having sent it back.

8. Legal warranty

The legal conformity guarantee depends on the applicable law. The EU minimum is two years; in Portugal, new movable goods are covered for three years (Article 12 of Decreto-Lei 84/2021). Contact us about a defect to exercise your rights.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law without depriving you of mandatory protections under the law applicable to your situation, including those of your country of residence where required by law. You retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable consumer rules.
